**WE ARE A FAMILY CAMPSITE WITH A STRICT NOISE CURFEW (10PM-8AM) – PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE WISHING TO STAY UP/PARTY ALL NIGHT**

Please read very carefully.

By booking a cabin or pitch at Camp Gregory you agree to abide by Camp Gregory’s Terms and Conditions and Campsite Rules.

Covid-19 Measures

All guests must adhere to all guidelines/restrictions set out by the government at all times while on the Park. Parents/guardians must stay with their children at all times to ensure they also adhere to all these measures at all times.

DO NOT travel to Camp Gregory if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have been around someone with Covid-19 symptoms.

Booking Confirmation

Cabins & Pitches:
Following your booking and Full payment upon booking, you will receive a receipt by email confirming your booking and payment.

Payment

FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING. We do not have card payment facilities on site. The full balance must be paid upon booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only transferrable with a minimum of 7 days notice.

Refunds cannot be made for any amendments made to the booking on arrival or during your stay. Cancellations are only refundable with a minimum of 4 weeks notice.

Conditions of Booking

We are a family orientated park; we only accept bookings from families or couples.

We have a “Good Vibes Only” atmosphere. We strive to ensure a fun experience on a family friendly campsite.

  • We do not cater for large groups or hens/stags parties.
  • We do not cater for anyone looking to stay up all night.
  • Please do not proceed with the booking if you are part of a large group/hen or stag.

We do not accept bookings for under 25 yr olds and under 16 yrs must be accompanied and supervised by an adult/parent/guaridian at all times.

Entry to the campsite is at the discretion of the Camp Gregory Manager.

Noise

Our noise curfew on Camp Gregory is strictly from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour or party is disruptive and/or interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. No refunds will be made in this event.

Pitch Allocation

Pitches are available on a first come, first served basis.  We cannot guarantee that units booked in together will be beside each other on site.

No Shows

Accommodation:
If no notification is given, and the customer has not made contact by 9 p.m. on the arrival date, then the Park reserves the right to take full payment for the remaining balance.  The deposit/payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Check in/Checkout

Check-in is from 3 p.m. Your cabin/pitch will be available from 3pm on wards. Access to your pitch or cabin will only be permitted from Check-in time. Last arrivals/check in is at 9 p.m.

Checkout time on the day of departure is by 10 am for Cabins and 12pm for pitch hire.

Cabins

Sleeping equipment such as duvets, pillows are provided in all Cabins. Guests must bring their own towels, tea towels, etc.  Please ensure that you are following the max occupancy for each cabin and please do not ask if you can have additional persons stay in the cabin as refusal may offend.

Bunk Beds: No kids under the age of 6 are allowed on the top bunk. Parental supervision is required at all times.

Barbecues: The Barbecue Station is strictly for disposable barbecues only. No other fires are permitted.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Cabin, Toilet Block, Campers Communal Kitchen or inside the BBQ Station.

Please ensure that you take care and leave it  your cabin in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests per cabin (as stated on website when booking).

Fires/BBQ’s

Open fires/campfires are not permitted on the campsite.  Disposable BBQ’s (charcoal only) are allowed as long as they are up off the grass and at the BBQ Station, supervised by an adult at all times and disposed of properly. Please take extra care of children around the BBQ Station.

Children

Please ensure that all Children are supervised at all times. Children remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. Always ensure that you know where your children are at all times. As we are a lakeside camp, please pay particular attention to you children when near the water. The lake is fenced off, but children must be under FULL SUPERVISION at all times when near the lakeside. Please also ensure children are fully supervised when near our hot tub, sauna, plunge pool and BBQ station.  It is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure that their children are safe and don’t harm themselves or others while using the equipment. We do not accept liability for any injury suffered due to the misuse of equipment on site.

Vulnerable People
You should ensure that all members of your party who are vulnerable, are at all times fully supervised by a capable adult member of your party.

Rules and Regulations

All customers/visitors must check-in at reception on arrival

  • Checkout time on day of departure is by 12 p.m pitches and by 10 a.m. for cabin rentals.
  • All children must be supervised at all times by their parents/guardians
  • Strict Noise Curfew on site from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • No camp fires. BBQs only permitted only with charcoal at BBQ Station.
  • We have a Strict noise curfew, from 10pm – 8am.
  • All caravans/motorhomes/campervans must be insured while on the park
  • Max Occupancy per Cabin must not be exceeded.
  • Anyone causing disturbances on the site will be evicted from the campsite with no refund given
  • Do not enter or attempt to use any facility that is closed.
  • All disposable BBQ’s must be cooled and disposed of responsibly.

Care of Your Possessions

It is your responsibility to look after and care for your possessions, valuables (i.e. watches, jewelry, photographic equipment, credit cards, etc.) and money whilst on holiday with us. You should not leave these items unattended in your accommodation or anywhere else around the Campsite.

Availability and Use of Facilities

Please contact us in advance, before you arrive to book/reserve any extra facilities/experience on our Campsite.

Dangerous Items

No dangerous items or illegal substances or similar item may be brought onto our campsite under any circumstances by you or anyone in your party.

Behaviour and Compliance with this Agreement

You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party. Do not book a stay at Camp Gregory if you wish to party all night. We are a family campsite and behaviour should be in keeping with the family environment and should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the Garda being involved. We may ask you and/or any member of your party to leave immediately, this will be at the discretion of the manager.

No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances and we reserve the right not to accept any future bookings from you or any member of your party.

General/Liability

All vehicle’s/caravan’s etc. are parked at owner’s risk. The management accept no liability for loss or damage while on the park or otherwise.

Anyone found vandalizing or causing damage to any building, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and/or prosecution. The person who booked will be responsible for all charges for all damage/breakages/loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the site or park facilities or other customers’ property.

Camp Gregory reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry on to or remove from its premises or the vicinity any person who:

  • Has been convicted of a criminal offence
  • Has behaved in a manner or is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors
  • Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes of behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of peace
  • Is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances

In the event of an emergency dial 999 for the emergency services and notify the park manager immediately.

Data Protection

The information supplied on the booking form will be stored on computer for administrative purposes only. Under no circumstance will this information be provided to a third party.

Important Information

This agreement and any dispute between us will be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland over any matter arising out of our agreement or your visit. We must both act reasonably in selecting or agreeing any jurisdiction including any forum for dispute resolution.

Your stay will not give rise to any tenancy agreement between us.

Should any part of our agreement be deemed by law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect. The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation or construction.

In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your break with us is limited to the cost of your booking less cancellation, amendment or separate charges. We will not be responsible for any matters that result from any unforeseeable events that are beyond our control.
